Taste of Laguna [photo dump]

I've been away far too long from Manila and spent last whole week in Laguna~ I feel like I have to apologize for being an inactive blogger, my daily routine was changed and instead of facing the laptop all day, it was replaced by reading newspapers, answering crossword puzzles, cooking, watching a lot of movies (so far my fave is The Godfather) and to tell you the truth, it wasn't bad at all. In fact, it was really healthy and fun.

anyway, here are photos I took while I'm away.

One of all time Filipino fave snack, Kwek-kwek! Funny name I know, but we all grew to love this street food.

Before I left for Laguna, I bought myself new stuff, like this Little Twin Stars wallet, A curling iron, and another Little Twin Star eco bag. I've been making kreepsville inspired necklaces too and lookie, my Aunt's help found my long lost ipod shuffle (2nd generation if I'm not mistaken O.o)it keeps getting lost cause I'm not really into music (they only come in handy while travelling).

Photos from my hometown where I stayed, Calamba~. It's a bit of a historical place coz it is where Rizal was born and spent his childhood days, we are also close to Mt. Makiling where a lot of myths and Filipino legends originated. And yep, I take pride on those 'boring' stuff.
